Social Repose+ @ The Rocketown (10.27.17)
There are few things more fun than getting ready for a rock show with some of my favorite people. Draven & I before leaving the house. T HE SET-UP This white building of the Rocketown complex is a small, very garage-band-vibe venue. No hate, very cool! No worries with bringing in cameras or bags, everything was checked. No re-entry was a bit lame, as well as not even being able to bring cigarettes in, even an unopened pack. Like all you had to say was no smoking/no-reentry. We really have to walk them all the way back to the car? Parking: super easy, nice big lot in between the main building and where we were, so we didn’t have to walk a mile in the rain. Price did suck, for 4 hours-it was $20. Even for Falling in Reverse, the whole night was only $10. We got a bit lost getting there, so we showed up about 30 minutes after doors and Cross Your Fingers was already on stage. It’s a bit of a bottleneck at the entry, between the ticket counter, bag chec
